Frankel is reported to be “bouncing” ahead of his attempt to stretch his perfect record to 12 race at Glorious Goodwood next month.
The Qipco Sussex Stakes on August 1 will, as expected, be the next port of call for the four-year-old, who was last seen delivering an 11-length demolition in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Sir Henry Cecil’s charge will then head to York for the Juddmonte International on August 22, when he tackles a mile and a quarter for the first time.
Teddy Grimthorpe, racing manager to owner Khalid Abdullah, told Sky Sports News: “Frankel is in very good form.
“He came back from Ascot in great nick – bouncing, eating, kicking.
“I think Henry was really happy with him after Ascot and we want him to come out of a race like that.
“As for the future he’s heading towards the Sussex Stakes at Goodwood on August 1. Then, all being well, he’ll go to York for the Juddmonte.”
