PLEASE NOTE – Besides being Super Vobis Qualified ($13 million in bonuses), this filly is also eligible for the $5.65 Million, Magic Millions race series.
As stated above, Bel Esprit has already sired a host of Stakes Winners, including the best sprinter in the World in the multiple Group Stakes Winner Black Caviar.
This is only the start of the story, as this filly has a mouth watering pedigree. Her winning dam Falcrest is a half sister to 8 winners including the New Zealand galloper Centre Crest, a multiple Group Stakes Winner of 16 races to 1400m and also to another New Zealand star in Tredunnock, a winner of 11 races from 1200m to 1600m, so we have every right to expect an early return on our investment with this (VOBIS QUALIFIED) filly.
BEL ESPRIT - was a dual Gr.1 winner, at 1200m and 1350m, of eight of his 19 starts. He was a Gr 1 Winner as both a 2 YO & 3 YO and won five races in succession as a 2YO incl the Blue Diamond S Gr 1. He won $2,073,600 in stakes inc – Gr 1 MRC AAMI Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) – Gr 1 BTC Doomben 10,000 Stakes (1350m) – Gr 2 VRC Maribyrnong Plate (1000m) – Gr 3 MRC McNeil Stakes (1100m) – Gr 3 MRC Blue Diamond Preview (c&g) (1000m) – Gr 3 MRC Blue Diamond Prelude (c&g) (1100m) – Listed MVRC Pierre Fontaine Trophy (1000m) – Listed MVRC Mitchell McKenzie Stakes (1000m) 2nd – Gr 1 VRC Newmarket Handicap (1200m) – Gr 1 MVRC Manikato Stakes (1200m) – Gr 1 MRC Caulfield Guineas (1600m) – Gr 1 MRC Invitation Stakes (1400m) 3rd Gr 2 AJC TJ Smith Stakes (1200m) 5th Gr 1 STC Golden Slipper (1200m).
BEL ESPRIT is from “Bespoken” a daughter of the Golden Slipper winner Vain and a half-sister to the Blue Diamond Stakes winner Mahassin, herself a daughter of Gr 1 winning Champion 2YO of her year “Vin D’Amour“.
Bel Esprit is a son of Royal Academy (USA), who was fast enough to land the July Cup-Gr.1 (1200m) at Newmarket and tough enough to defeat the world’s best milers in the Breeders’ Cup Mile (1600) on turf at Belmont Park. Royal Academy has proven to be one of the greatest stallions the Thoroughbred World has ever seen, having sired 100 (Black Type) Stakes Winners.
VOBIS QUALIFIED – Also note that the filly is fully qualified for the entire SUPER VOBIS SERIES, so she is eligible to compete for millions extra in prizemoney, at no extra expense to you. SUPER VOBIS is Australia’s richest incentive scheme with over $13 million on offer for qualified horses. An example would be a first prize purse of $66,750.00 for a Super Vobis horse for a win on a metropolitan 2 and 3 year old Saturday meeting as compared to a $45,750.00 purse for a non Super Vobis qualified horse. There is also a big difference in the purse for 2nd and 3rd placing with a Super Vobis horse as compared to a non qualified runner.
The results that Classic Bloodstock have achieved on the racetrack put us in the very elite of racehorse syndication companies, we have won, placed or earnt money in DOZENS of Group Stakes races, and have done the same in literally hundreds of City Metropolitan races, a claim that only the very elite of syndication companies can make.
The filly will be trained at Geelong by Heath Conners, one of the young trainers doing a fantastic job with the Classic Bloodstock horses under his care.
Since taking his licence out seven years ago, Heath has quickly established himself as one of Melbourne’s leading young trainers, and has steadily risen up the trainer’s premiership with his small team of horses. He has enjoyed many city winners including the stakes performers Chasm, Con’s Amy, At the Oasis, Heavenly Pun, Loyal Lauren and Davcon, he has trained dozens of winners for Classic Bloodstock Services.
Please note that Classic Bloodstock Services are one of the very few (if not the only company) that DO NOT charge management fees, so the partnership group saves thousands of dollars in that area, as you only pay for the costs that your horse actually incurs, also note that Classic Bloodstock DO NOT take a percentage of your prizemoney.
