Check in at 8.30am for 9.00am departure from Victoria Embankment, by the Thames, near Embankment tube station.

Departing from London we provide a free bubbly party as we head west to Ascot, a journey of approx 2 hours, depending upon traffic. On arrival a full buffet lunch will be provided along with an excellent choice of red and white wine, along with more bubby. You will have plenty of time to watch the Royal procession pass our luncheon area before heading into the new Silver Ring enclosure – entry included.
With Australian superstar horse Black Caviar due run in the Diamond Jubiee classic, the day will be massive. Please note, all indications are that she is due to take on the world at Royal Ascot, however, nothing is guaranteed, especially in horse racing. We obviously, cannot take responsibility if she does not run.
Grandstand Upgrade
You also have the option of choosing to upgrade to Ascot’s new Grandstand. On Coronation Stakes Day and the Finale Day it costs an extra £32 for Granstand entry – total cost per person: £117. The Grandstand offers viewing from ground and lawn levels and allows you access to the main parade ring as well as it’s excellent facilities. Please note that Grandstand upgrades must be requested and paid for at the time of your booking and is subject to availability. Your lunch and drinks will be served in the coach park along with all our guests. You will be issued with a separate entry ticket.
We will depart Royal Ascot approximately 60 minutes after the last race (normally around 5.30pm) and depending upon traffic, we aim to have you in central London by 8.30pm.
